3. Add a title and description in conversation configuration
4. Optionally add 15-40 seed comments
5. Configure 👹 Moderation settings
6. Grab the link in distribute
7. Send link to participants or [embed it on your own page](Embedding Polis on Your Web Property)
8. Open one tab with monitor view to observe participation
9. Open another tab with report view to observe outcomes
